Three routes in. Picking the right one is the difference between a fast answer and none.

A figure on the site is wrong
This is the address that gets read first, and what happens next is governed by the tier system on the methodology page. A correction moves fastest when it arrives with the page and the exact wording at issue, what the number should be instead, and where that replacement can be verified — a vendor page, a dated screenshot of an account interface, an invoice with the commercial detail removed. A bare assertion that something is out of date still gets checked, but it joins a queue behind the ones carrying evidence.
Corrections are acknowledged within five working days. Where the change is accepted, the page and its review date are updated the same day, and nothing is quietly edited: a figure that moves materially is described as having moved.
A platform wants to be listed
Inclusion is not for sale and does not follow from writing in — the scope of the site decides it, not the size of the sender. What settles the question is whether entry terms can be established without an account manager on the phone — a published minimum, a payments page, a self-serve signup a stranger can complete. Platforms that quote everything privately cannot be compared against ones that publish, and putting them in the same table would flatter the secrecy.
Useful first mail: the minimum on each side of the trade, the pricing models, the buyable formats, and a link to wherever those are published. Marketing decks are read last and used least.
Anything else
Press questions, licensing requests, republication permissions, and notes from readers who think a section could be clearer. What may and may not be reproduced is set out under terms of use, so a request quoting the relevant clause is quicker to answer. Complaints about the commercial arrangement belong here too, and they get answered rather than filed.
What cannot be answered here
A few requests arrive regularly and none of them can be helped with, so it saves everybody time to say why.
- Account problems on a platform. No relationship exists that would let anybody here unblock a balance, chase a payout or overturn a moderation decision. Only the platform's own support can do that.
- Campaign consulting. No creatives are written, no bids are managed and no funnels are reviewed. Nothing here is set up to do that work, for reasons the byline page states outright.
- Legal advice. Whether a specific funnel complies with record-keeping law where it operates is a question for a lawyer with sight of it.
- Link placements. Guest posts, paid mentions and link exchanges are declined without exception, and the reasoning behind that sits under advertising disclosure.
No telephone number and no postal address are published, and mail is the only channel in use. Everything above concerns the site rather than the comparison itself, which answers most of what arrives here before anybody writes. Everything sent is handled the way the privacy policy sets out.
